- Prerequisites
- Use a Battery maintainer
- Vehicle on level surface
- No persons or gear in Vehicle
- Nothing under vehicle
- Door are to remain shut
Using the MMI (under [Car]) the following needs to be set-
- Air Spring Wheel Change = [off]
- Automatic Drive Program = [auto] or Audi Drive Select (under Car menu)
Select - [34-Level Control]
Login or Security Access - [20103]
[Basic Settings - 04]
- Choose - [Delete calibration for level control] - Press [Go!]
- Wait for basic Settings to End (Finished Correctly), then press [Stop]
[Basic Settings - 04]
- Choose - [Start up to reference level] - Press [Go!]
- Wait for basic Settings to End (Should run for 30 seconds or so), then press [Stop]
Measure the ride height, in millimeters, from the center of the wheel to the edge of fender, do this for all four wheels and record the values.

Choose from the drop down menu and enter the [New value] recorded value for each of the wheels below, then press [Do it!]
- [Body height left front wheel house edge]
- [Body height right front wheel house edge]
- [Body height left rear wheel house edge]
- [Body height right rear wheel house edge]
Reference only - Do not enter these values, see above.

Specification, front axle = 410mm
Specification, rear axle = 405 mm
[Basic Settings - 04]
- Choose - [Calibrate level control] - Wait for basic Settings to End
[Basic Settings - 04]
- Choose - [Activate level control] - Wait for basic Settings to End
Measure the ride height again and verify the values are within 3mm of the displayed values in Advanced Measuring Value Blocks.
Using the MMI verify the following setting -
- Air Spring Wheel Change = [off]
Clear ALL fault codes and re-check for fault codes, road test vehicle.
